(XXV) You agree that any missing information given in regards the creations of any novelties are to be filled randomly by us and that any non-agreed changes will incur an upgrade fee.
(XXVI) You agree that orders are only dispatched via electronic mail in both jpeg and pdf formats. You agree that we do not dispatch orders via any postal services but only via email. You also agree that our novelties do not match 100% the originals but only up to 90% and that a password to deny editing may be present on PDF documents.

(XXX) You agree that any delays or loss are not under the warranty of a full or partial refund of your order as long as proof of digital delivery is provided by us.
(XXXI) You agree that any monies paid (including deposits) to our account are not refundable regardless of being related to an order or not. You agree that if you pay us any monies without placing an order, that such amount will remain with us as a credit to you for a future order or orders you may place. Any values up to $1,000 will cease to be valid as credits within 6 months of payment and values over $1,000 will cease to be valid as credits after 12 months of the date of the payment. You also agree that BANKUS will only issue orders after a Bitcoin payment is fully verified by the block-chain which regulates and controls the use of Bitcoin. You agree that we only associate one single Bitcoin address with one unique order number and that new orders as a returned customer need to paid into a new address that must be provided by us. You agree that paying for a new order under a previous or used address can mean total loss of your funds and no guarantees to have your order paid for.
